Carrot, Apple and Ginger Smoothie!

This is a great way to get in some veggies, anti- aging, and immune support!

Always buy organic if possible. And don’t forget to read the labels.

1/2 Cup 100% carrot Juice.

1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce.

1/2 Cup organic fat free vanilla yogurt.

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice.

1/2 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger.

5 ice cubes.

1 sliced frozen banana.

mix all in blender and enjoy! Delicious!
