About Cathy
I lost my father at the age of 57 due to heart disease. This tragic event served as a catalyst, igniting my passion to become a Vitality Wellness Educator. Drawing from my background in nursing and nutrition, I embarked on a mission, empowering individuals to take charge of their health and lead fulfilling lives.
